Non-binding resolution reaffirming that Iran remains the world's largest state sponsor of terrorism. Passed under suspension of the rules requiring a two-thirds majority. House GOP leadership scheduled this vote seven minutes before the war powers resolution. Vote to affirm Iran is the world's largest state sponsor of terrorism, then immediately vote on whether to stop fighting that same country. 53 Democrats voted Nay, arguing the resolution was being used as rhetorical cover for the war. The other 157 Democrats voted Yea anyway. Every Republican voted Yea.
