FY2026 State Department appropriations bill that banned all US funding to UNRWA (the UN agency for Palestinian refugees) and prohibited cooperation with the International Criminal Court. Passed 341-79. This appropriations bill banned all US funding to UNRWA, the agency that feeds and houses millions of Palestinian refugees, and prohibited any cooperation with the ICC while the court was actively issuing warrants over Gaza. It passed 341-79. Only 79 Democrats voted against it. Most Democrats who voted Yea did so because the bill funds the State Department and they were not willing to shut down diplomatic operations over the UNRWA and ICC provisions.
