Concurrent resolution directing the President under the War Powers Resolution to remove US forces from hostilities with Iran. Failed 213-214 in the House, the closest margin of any war powers vote. Greg Meeks forced a second House war powers vote six weeks after H.Con.Res. 38. It failed by a single vote. Thomas Massie was the only Republican Yea. Warren Davidson voted Present. Jared Golden was the only Democratic Nay. Three Republicans did not vote at all.
